Created for the Magic: The Gathering, Universes Beyond- Final Fantasy Set.
An adventurer’s inn in the style of Final Fantasy III—or really, any inn from the storied history of Final Fantasy.
For this image, I was challenged to bring the quaint town of Duster to life while staying true to the iconic look of the classic game. To match the storybook feel, I leaned away from my usual detailed portraits and instead rendered the titular adventurers and townsfolk as sprites, embracing the charm and simplicity of the original aesthetic.
